OUR BEGINNINGS

Stephen McMahon established CAS Interiors Inc. amidst the challenging economic conditions of the 1980s recession. His unwavering commitment to his clients led him to found the company with a clear purpose, vision, and mission. With an aim to foster trust, Stephen devoted his extensive knowledge and expertise to collaborate in a transparent manner with clients, architects, and consultants. By doing so, he successfully facilitated the realization of clients’ objectives for their projects.

With his father’s (Stephen) urging Mike joined CAS over 20 years ago holding and excelling in every position from site manager to his president position as President.

Mike’s major role is to ensure that the other CAS’ team members have all the resources necessary to ensure the expectations of our clients are being met.

The size of CAS allows Mike to be fully aware of all project related issues throughout the company so he can provide input towards the right decisions for a quick resolution using his wealth of knowledge

The respect and trust he receives from clients, consultants and trades is a testimony to his character and experience.

Lorraine Apanashk

Vice President

Before joining CAS in 2008 Lorraine and her husband, John, owned a boutique construction management firm in which she oversaw the estimating and operations.

Lorraine brought her experience of working closely with clients and consultants, and mentoring to CAS. As an effective leader and trainer Lorraine understands the expectations and constraints of every one of CAS’ clients and uses that information to guide the project teams in the right direction.

Lorraine is well respected in the industry for being unbiased, straight forward and a pleasant team member.
